Refund & Return Policy

We currently do not offer any returns and refunds on items accepted.

In case of a package being tampered / damaged, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.

An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging in case of claims on missing product / leakage / breakage or damage / incorrect product. A claim of refund should be raised within 48 hours of order delivery if product is broken / damaged.

For damaged items we will offer a return once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
