Refund & Return Policy
We currently do not offer any returns or refunds on items once accepted.
If your package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging for claims related to missing products, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products. A request for a replacement of the damaged product must be initiated within 48 hours of order delivery.
As we do not have a refund policy, please note that if your item is damaged, you will receive a replacement only. We will inspect the returned item and inform you if the replacement has been approved. If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
