Shipping Policy

At Nisara, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy below:

  • Shipping Origin: We ship all orders from our Delhi and Mumbai Warehouse, ensuring that your products are carefully managed and dispatched swiftly.
  • Free Express Shipping: We offer free shipping across India. 

Delivery Timeline

  • For Metro Cities, orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days.

  • Next day delivery in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Orders placed before 4 PM on any day will be dispatched on the same day. All orders received after 4 PM will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery within 24 hrs once order is processed and this is applicable only for Delhi NCR and Mumbai.

  • For the rest of India, delivery may take 7 working days, depending on your location. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take up to 10 working days. Delivery timeline may be affected by public holidays, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Shipping Hours

  • Delivery Window: Orders are delivered between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, all 7 days except public holidays due to unavailability of courier partners.
  • Holiday Hours: No deliveries will be made on public holidays. Any order placed on a holiday will be processed the next working day.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 1 business day to process. Once processed, your order will be dispatched for delivery.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive order confirmation and once the order is packed you will receive a tracking number and dispatch notification. 

Handling Missing or Damaged Orders

  • Damaged Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with the unboxing clear video proof of the damaged goods.  

  • Missing Items: If any items are missing from your package, please notify us immediately. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately on the same day of delivery with clear video proof of the missing goods.

Courier Limitations and Delivery Delays

  • Third-Party Couriers: We use reliable courier partners for all deliveries. However, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, local issues may cause delivery delays. Nisara is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Tracking Issues: In some rare instances, tracking information may be temporarily unavailable due to any technical problem, please feel free to contact our support team if you encounter any delivery related issues. 

Special Shipping Condition

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address and pin code at the time of ordering. Nisara is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at the time of placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges for Shipping Issues

  • Product Damaged During Shipping: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service with your order details and photos/videos of the damage within 24-48 hours of receipt. Replacement will be processed after a full review.

  • Incorrect Items Sent: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Replacement will be processed after a full review.

    For International orders - Currently, we are not shipping to International locations.
