How can I cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel the order-
a) If you have an account: Login to your account; Go to manage your order; Cancel the desired order.

b) If you don’t have an account: Share the order details with our Customer Services

 I want to change my delivery address?

The delivery address cannot be changed once the order is placed. We recommended you to cancel the order and place the order again with the correct address.

However, you can contact our Customer Services team to change the delivery address before the order is dispatched.

 I want to change my product?

Please cancel the order on the website and place a new order with the desired product.

DELIVERY

The tracking details have not been updated for my order

If you can not see an update when you track your order and it has been more than 5 business days, please get in touch with our Customer Services and we will investigate it further with our delivery partner.

Also, please note that the tracking details do not get updated straight away after shipping. Please allow us 24 hours after receiving your shipped email before attempting to track.

My order is showing as delivered but I have not received it

If your order is showing as delivered and you can not locate it, firstly check within your household and any safe places it could have been left. If you still cannot locate it, please get in touch with Customer Services and we will investigate it further.

What if I receive an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order?

While we try our best to fulfil your orders correctly and in the best manner possible. For any complaints you may have with regards to your order, please contact our Customer Services within 2 business days of receipt with the supporting images (if applicable), so that we can best address your concern.

REFUNDS

How long will my refund take? 

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. For pre-paid orders that have not yet been shipped, your order can be cancelled and refund will reflect as per your bank guidelines, which is usually within 7 business days. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain return requests unless the order qualifies, as per our Returns and Refunds Policy.
